Prices and Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If we discover an error in the availability of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order without the units of the product out of stock, or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as if those units had been canceled and you will receive a refund of the corresponding amount or if the charge has not yet been made, you will be charged the full amount minus the amount of said units. available.

Although we make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on this Website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as if it had been cancelled. If you cancel but have already paid for the products, you will receive a refund.

Regarding shipping costs, if applicable, they will be charged additionally; such additional costs are clearly shown where applicable and included in the “Total Cost”.

Products will not be shipped until payment has been captured. Your card will be charged once payment has been processed.

You can request the purchase receipt from us as soon as you wish. By default, the receipt is not included in the shipment of the product, but we do send a summary in the order confirmation email. If you ask us, we will be happy to send it to you along with your order, or in digital format as you indicate.

Where applicable, prices include VAT, at the rate applicable to the country of receipt within the European Union.

At Tattooniedesign.com we use Paypal and Stripe payment gateways to make payments. You can do it through your Paypal account, if you have one, or with a credit card, without having to have a Paypal account. We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard or Apple Pay.

Shipping Policy

We supply to the entire national and international territory. The shipping costs are:

- Standard shipping (subject to the effectiveness of postal mail and without tracking number): 

• €2 in Spain,  2 to 10 business days. Free from a purchase of €20 or more.
• The rate for the rest of the world depends on the country and you can see it at the time of purchase, as well as the approximate delivery time. Free from a purchase of €25 or more.

- Expedited shipping: (with tracking number):

• The rate depends on the country and you can calculate it at the time of purchase, shipping usually takes between 24/48 to the peninsula and 48/72 hours to the rest of the world.

As soon as your order leaves our studio, you will be sent an email to confirm that it is on its way. If you place your order after 5 p.m., it will be prepared the next business day.

IMPORTANT: Some of the products we sell are from external suppliers. These products have different shipping times that are specified in the product description. If you purchase these products combined with Tattoonie products and choose express shipping, you will receive express only the Tattoonie products and the rest of the order in the shipping time specified in the product description.

* Status of Your Order and Invoice *

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email, but the order will not be effective until payment has been accepted and the corresponding charge has been made to your credit or debit card.
If you need an invoice, write to us at contact@tattooniedesign.com indicating the order number and your billing information.

*Cancellation and Refund Policy*

• CANCELLATION POLICY

You, the customer, have the right to cancel your order within 1 hour after making the purchase in order to have enough time to manage the cancellation of the order and its corresponding shipment, since shipments are usually prepared on the same day.

• REFUND POLICY 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Tattoonies we have sent you, we will refund your full purchase price less shipping costs if any. At Tattoonie we want you to be 100% satisfied. So if the Tattoonies are not as you expected, send us an email at contact@tattooniedesign.com and together we will solve it.

At Tattoonie we accept returns. The period for any return is 30 days from the customer receiving the merchandise. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will be sent by certified mail or private courier to the following address:

The monetary value of the products you have returned to us will be refunded at the price you purchased them. This includes sale items. In all cases, items must be returned in their original condition, including tags and any packaging. Returned products will be your responsibility until they arrive at our studio.

- Return process:

Arrival at our studio: We will inspect and process the products within 24 hours to ensure you receive your refund as soon as possible and we will send you an email notification to confirm this.

Any refund will be issued automatically with the same payment method used to make the purchase and the card used. Normally the period for the charge to appear on the card is between 5 and 10 days from when the refund is confirmed. We will refund what you paid for the Tattoonies but not the shipping costs, except in cases where the order was canceled in accordance with Distance Selling rules or where the entire order was defective.
